PUPPY VISITATION POLICY

We do not allow visits with the puppies before 8 weeks of age due to the risk of illnesses being transferred to the puppies. Puppy's immune systems are very vulnerable before they are vaccinated so we instill strict hygiene protocols to ensure the safety of each puppy.

However, we are more than happy to do video calls with the puppies before you put a deposit down on a puppy.

We do allow visits with the parents before the puppies are born so you can see mom and dad's health and care prior to making a decision.

DEPOSIT POLICY

We go through Paypal for our deposits. This ensures 2 things.

1. You get a receipt for the deposit you placed on a puppy.

2. You are able to get the deposit back in the event something happens to the puppy.

The deposit is provided by the puppy buyer to hold a specific puppy until the puppy can be picked up. We do not hold puppies until a deposit is placed on the puppy. Our deposits are $600 which does go towards the final price of the puppy. We request the remainder of the price of the puppy in cash at pickup. When you place a deposit through Paypal it is non-refundable unless something happens to your puppy before finalizing the sale, (such as death or illness). In that instance, the deposit will be refunded. In the event you placed a deposit and you decide to back out of the sale of the puppy, the deposit is non-refundable.

RETURN TO BREEDER CLAUSE/CONTRACT

Our contracts are legally binding and are written up by our attorney. We have a return to breeder clause in our contract that is very important to us. In the event you can no longer keep or care for your puppy(no matter how old the puppy is) we request that the puppy be returned to us so we can screen any future owners of said puppy. If agreed upon we will purchase the puppy back and arrange transport to get the puppy back to us.

COMMUNICATION AFTER PURCHASE

We simply ask that you continue to communicate with us about the puppy after you take the puppy home. No, we will not constantly bother you about the puppy. We will occasionally ask for a simple update to make sure your puppy is adjusting well in it's new home and if you ask us to we will try to help you with any problems that could arise after purchase, such as environmental changes, new diet, separation anxiety, puppy proofing, etc.
